Biographical Sketch
B. Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Oviedo, Ph. D. in Computer Science from the Carlos III University. Currently I am an Full Professor at Computer Science Department in University of Oviedo. My main research topics are focused on fuzzy sets extensions, data privacy with fuzzy partitions, edge detection in image processing, fuzzy preference relations in human reliability. She is also working on developing data mining techniques for precision agriculture (land delimitation, disease early prediction, ...) and intelligent techniques for information retrieval and recommendation techniques.
